Before using a new mixture on your face, test a small amount on a small area of intact skin and discontinue if irritation occurs. Patch testing does not guarantee that a later reaction will not occur.

The Soft Reset

Soften + condition

  • 1 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp very finely ground oats
  • 1 tsp honey

Mix until smooth. Apply a thin layer to clean, intact skin.

5–10 minutes (initial use)

Rinse gently with lukewarm water. Do not scrub aggressively.

Avoid if allergic or sensitive to any ingredient.

The Cool Reset

Refresh + lightweight hydration

  • 1 tbsp plain aloe vera gel
  • 1 tbsp finely blended or grated cucumber
  • 1 tsp finely ground oats

Mix into a soft, gel-like mask and apply a thin layer.

5–10 minutes (initial use)

Rinse with lukewarm water.

The Creamy Glow

Soften + glow-focused self care

  • 1 tbsp mashed avocado
  • 1 tsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp finely ground oats

Mix until completely smooth and apply a thin layer.

5–10 minutes (initial use)

Rinse gently with lukewarm water.

Self Detox deliberately excludes commonly promoted DIY ingredients that can be unnecessarily irritating or unpredictable. Highly acidic, alkaline, abrasive or concentrated ingredients can disrupt the skin surface and cause irritation or reactions.
